Any hope for my insect-infested plants?

I am also in an area that is prone to insect infestation. I have found Bayer 3-in-1 Rose feed and systemic insecticide extremely effective, the liquid kind (kind of expensive). However, it takes a week or more for the effect to be realized in the roses in my experience. The soap spray can not harm your plants anymore than they already are damaged. I would think, the best strategy is to do what you can to keep the bugs off of the plants until they can recover with the Bayer 3-in-1. Watch overwatering also, root rot will weaken plants and kill them faster than any bugs. Dont water if the top inch of the potting soil is moist. Keep the plants out of direct or prolonged sun exposure for now to minimize the stress level.

I agree. Marcus Trufant is a great corner. Those stats you provided actually prove the point. Sure Nhamdi has great numbers within a six year period, but overall Marcus Trufant is better. A lot of it has to do with the fact that the Seahawk defensive scheme is just better than that of the Raiders. In my mind, I actually think that Nhamdi is overrated as a corner. He's great in terms of coverage, but I think according to the stats Trufant is better. Their stats are similar, but when a corner has more interceptions, more tackles, more p deflections, and more interception yards than another corner in comparison, then how is it that the corner with better stats is not considered better? I think many give Nhamdi too much credit and he was paid way too much by the Raiders. I don't think he is worth as much as they are paying him right now. Gained weight and inches?

This summer I was very active roller-blading and bike riding. I lost maybe 10 lbs. Then I decided to vary my exercise and took one month of cardio kickboxing. I immediately noticed a difference around my legs and hip area. Unfortunately, I took a 2 month break through the holidays and picked it up again in January. It has been 6 weeks that I have been religiously doing cardio kickboxing on a daily basis. I was at the Doctor's office and was mortified when he said I had GAINED 11 POUNDS FROM LAST SEPTMEBER!! Later that day, I measured myself because I figured it must be muscle gain, and I had gained an inch in my bust, waist, hip and thighs. What is going on? I usually watch what I eat as well. I have never gained this much even when I wasn't exercising. My husband says I look the same. I am 5 feet, 134 pounds as of last week. :(

New Chimney leaks smoke into attic - does installer need to fix for free?

So, are you sure it is leaking into the attic? If he did work at the roof level, he should have been able to see any problems. Let me get this straight - you paid him $2,000.00 to make your fireplace functional? When you originally hired him, did you request him to inspect your chimney for safety? Actually, if you asked him to make your chimney usable, he automatically should have inspected the entire chimney. Where there is a long run, he may have difficulty inspecting hard to reach areas, but since it is so close to the area he did his work, he should have seen any problems. I use to work for a chimney guy and now I am a general contractor. I know the business pretty well. You should tell him that you hired him to inspect your chimney and since his inspection process was inadequate, he endangered your family. One of the primary jobs of chimney companies are to make sure your chimney is safe. As long as smoke is leaking into your house, it is not safe. You should insist he comes out and finds out exactly where your problem is coming from. Make sure he shows you. Don't be hesitant about getting a little dirty. I wouldn't recommend climbing up on his ladder, but you should maybe ask him to take a picture of the problem area. If he is reputable, he should work with you. If this thing is leaking within7 or 8 feet of the area of his work, he should have caught it when he did the job. If he has camera inspection capability, he should have caught it on the first inspection. If he acts like a jerk, I would recommend telling him you may consider calling your state contractors license board. That alone might get what you wanted. I hope this helps.

1989 Plymouth Reliant -- Use AlumnaSeal to fix headgasket?

After my mechanic found the Antifreeze is leaking out of the headgasket, I thought I might put AlumnaSeal stopleak through the system to possibly avoid replacing it. One mechanic told me I could try this before I new where the leak is. However this mechanic was very adament that it may damage the radiator (which is new) and the heater core. Should I use the AlumnaSeal first or get a new headgasket (I'd rather not for this car).

I mean I like it if they changed it to 2 years out of high school to then enter the NBA and here is why. YOu dont get many LeBron's or Carmelo's who just come in the NBA and play extremely well as a rookie. YOu look at lately, especially this year, who are the rookies that are playing the best? I'm tiered of eating. All I do is eat. Anything over 1000 is upsetting. The other day I was doing well, eating only 575 calories, but then binged on 800 calories worth of Pop Tarts. I don't know about Yale but if you are able to maintain that kind of GPA and GRE score in collage you can get into most vet schools in the US. Going to cornell vs. somewhere like oklahoma state won't necessarily make you any more employable in the US. Most vet schools are state schools so very few employers are snobby about where you went to vet school. As long as you went to a US school and NOT a Caribbean school like Ross you can get a job as a vet.

Ignoring what he did in his personal life, which was tragic and terrible, Chris Benoit really should be very high on this list. Like in the top 5. His balance between athleticism and showmanship is nearly unmatchable. IMO Batista, Moolah, Dory Funk, Big Show and Kowalski could be easily replaced on this list by more talented people. Flair under Cena? I don't think so. Same goes for Angle, Foley, Jericho and DiBiase Sr. Cena is good, and obviously outrageously popular, but he is far too high. I do honestly think he could earn that place on this list in the rest of his career, but as of now, he should be pretty low. CM Punk will be on this list in time, as will Daniel Bryan I believe. Lawler is a beloved commentator, but was seriously mediocre as a wrestler. It is a sin that Christian isn't here, the same goes for Yokozuna, and possibly Scott Hall/Razor Ramon. That way you would be a member of the team however it will be a lot of work since you would have to know multiple positions in the routine. What would happen if I put 100+ black convicts in my local creek?

As far as I'm aware, its just a small creek (aprox. 1/2 to 1 mile long), and all I've seen in this creek are small fish (minnows and other small fish no bigger and usually smaller than the average aquarium fish), some snakes, and occasionally turtles, and frogs. Now if you don't know what black convicts are, they are some of the most aggressive aquarium fish I've ever seen. They grow to be about 6". I've seen them kill numerous other fish, including 2 huge algae eaters about twice their size. What I wanna know is, what would happen if next time the had babies (which is 150+), rather than getting rid of them, I somehow raise 100+ of them to a decent size and then release them in this small creek? Would they survive? Would they eventually "overtake" this creek?

Well there is nothing the grandma can do about it first off, yes she can ***** and complain but the school board knows that you were picked for a reason and they will be confident in you. With the girl, most likely you both will get over this reason that you are not liked she is still young and holds grudges like a little kid. She will have grown up and matured when she gets into high school with you. Most people get over their childhood immaturitys, so I don't think you will actually have to worry about this situation. Can I fit new parts to an old road bike?

You have to have a 10 speed cette to use your campagnolo 10 speed drivetrain. Since you already have the rest of the parts, all you need is a rear wheel with the right hub and cette. You will have to measure your rear dropout spacing, new wheels use 130 mm spacing, older ones will be 120 or 126, so a new wheel might not fit without re spacing the dropouts. Chain wear is not the issue, although it would be prudent to put on a new chain with a new cette, chains do wear out, so an old chain might not fit a new cette.

My last period started on August 10th, with worse cramps ever. Then August 22nd and 23rd I hand clear, egg white type CM so I thought I was ovulating. On August 26 I started cramping first on my right side then on my left side. This morning it was on both sides. Someone suggested that maybe when the cramping began was when I ovulated instead of when i found the cm. I am TTC and BD several different times this month. I noticed a stronger yellowness of my complexion and more potent fatigue for about a month. However, at the same time my eating habits have been terrible, and so have my sleeping habits. I drink maybe two cups of water daily. I can't really stop eating sugar, chips, and candy. I seldom exercise. As of late, I have been going to bed at around one in the morning and then waking up at eleven in the morning. I usually feel kind of groggy and well, kind of gross. I wonder is my sallow skin and sleepiness can be blamed on anemia, or on how I take care of myself? If I took better care of my body would my skin look more radiant and would I feel better, or regardless is it anemia?

Help!! How can I get my gas BBQ grill to work again?

I have a BBQ grill that is about 2 yrs old and uses propane. I haven't used it for almost a year now and I tried to start it the other day bug does not work anymore. There is no sound of propane coming from the the grill when I turn on the knob. The propane had also been refilled. Is it clogged somewhere in the gas wires? If so, how can I fixed this? I am getting my Mirena inserted next week. I had a baby 4 months ago and dont plan on another any time in the near future! After having my daughter I was given the dep shot which caused me to hold onto all my pregnancy weight making me 30lbs heavier than I was prior to getting pregnant. Now I cant loose the weight. 96 breeze wont start in cold only warm?

I have a 1996 plymouth breeze 2.4 liter, it always turns over but in the cold it doesnt start, i tried using a can of heat didnt work, I pulled the gas line and im getting no pressure but the fuel pump is working. So I warmed the garage up and it starts and runs fine all over town but when it gets cold again it doesnt start. I live in Minnesota so it is freezing here. Distilling water removes minerals the fish need to be healthy....it also removes oxygen so your fish would suffocate long before the lack of minerals effected them! When I was in the field we have one set of wire cutters and I have been borrowing my Corporal's Gerber. But we need wire strippers, volt tester which we do not rate. I went to our Corporal went to my SGT, went to a SSGT, and went to my Gunny. so I used the chain of command but last time I was was in the field I used my teeth to strip the wire, and to find the live wire I was grabbing two ends of the wire and zapping myself which was not much fun at all. Try to go the the biggest city near you and look and see if you can sign up for fights at a event. keep training hard and try to get some sponsors to fund you. but the kickboxing scene isnt that organized and there isnt that much money involved in it unless your in K1 organization which is the highest skill set of kickboxers.. this is why most fighters choose either A. I have been reading up on the constitution, bill of rights, and the electoral vote. I am not ignorant, I am just trying to get opinions. I do know that it was a decision of our founding fathers to enact the electoral college and all that. I don't think people understand the first line of the constitution "We the People" that means you and me and everyone else, that means we could overthrow the government if we wanted to its our right to do so, but some people are such blinded sheep they read and believe what they want. Unfortunately, TD suffered numerous injuries(to his knee, ankle and foot) and was forced into retirement after seven seasons. How do I get financing with limited credit depth?

I ask this because I have been trying for the past three weeks to get financing for a vehicle. I have been told that I don't really have bad credit I just don't have enough credit depth. It makes me rather angry to keep running into this wall all the time. I make enough money that I could make a $500.00 per month payment if I had to, but I keep getting told I need to have a strong co-signer or they cannot help me. I guess all those places that boast they can help a person that has poor, little or no credit at all are just blowing a lot of hot air to entice people like me into making an attempt at getting financing. The other problem is that every time I try to get financing it lowers my credit score by several points per attempt and that in turn makes it more difficult for me in the long run. Are you supposed to love God for what you think you can get from Him? Do children love their parents for what they think they can get from them and vice versa? I dreamt that I went back in time?

To make a long story short I dreamt that I went back in time 8 years to when I was with my ex husband and I suddenly had all the knowledge of my life until now. So in the dream I left my husband since I knew what a jerk he was. But I kept thinking about my current husband, the love of my life who lived half way across the country so I took a trip to find him and I did and after much persuasion I convinced him I was not crazy and that by listening to me we could have so much more time together and save us both alot of heartache at the hands of others. I can only speak to advantages in the U.S. Married people get a tax break; family health insurance is cheaper than having two individual policies; property pes easier to a surviving spouse, that is no will is needed for all property to go to the surviving spouse at the death of one - whereas if the couple were only living together the decease's property without a will would go to their parents or surviving siblings and the the surviving bf or gf would get nothing. There is an underlying sense of stability in marriage that simply living together cannot bring. That's all I can think of at the moment.
