Why does the teleprompter seem to have Obama hypnotized?

It was so funny to watch Obama read directly off the teleprompter today- he can't even fake it good! The LIBS used to tease Bush but Bush never had to read off his notes like this clown does. It just means that Obama is not prepared to speak on whatever subject he is talking about because he has not done the research.
