Who is the Best Mexican player of the last 10 Years?

Jared Borgetti is mexicos all time goalscorer and he did score awesome goals against brazil and italy in international competitions but most of his goals were to weak sides from concacaf, on the other hand Cuauhtemoc Blanco on paper is truly amazing( when i see him play he seems slow and boring) he does have talent back iin his day he was a top goal scorer, he is current top goal scorer in the confederation cup with Ronaldinho, he was world champion with Mexico in 1999, he was mvp in the mls with chicago, national champions a couple times with America. hes played in Spain, Mexico, USA. But true competition is in Europe where only Mexican players such as Salcido and Marquez been successful, Rafael Marquez is the only mexican with a uefa champions league medal, he was considered among the best defenders in the world for a couple years long gone, Salcido has been on with la seleccion for many years now and so far he has been in top form, Mexico for the first time as had many young players starting careers in Europe which promise great players in the future, Salcido has had many awards in the dutch team psv, including national league titles and best foriegn player awards, So i would say Blanco, Marquez and Salcido are the best from the last 10 years.
