Any hope for my insect-infested plants?

I am also in an area that is prone to insect infestation. I have found Bayer 3-in-1 Rose feed and systemic insecticide extremely effective, the liquid kind (kind of expensive). However, it takes a week or more for the effect to be realized in the roses in my experience. The soap spray can not harm your plants anymore than they already are damaged. I would think, the best strategy is to do what you can to keep the bugs off of the plants until they can recover with the Bayer 3-in-1. Watch overwatering also, root rot will weaken plants and kill them faster than any bugs. Dont water if the top inch of the potting soil is moist. Keep the plants out of direct or prolonged sun exposure for now to minimize the stress level.
