What the best dive bar in Tempe / Mesa?

I'm moving there soon and i'm looking for a place that's as dark as it is smelly and where it's patrons are tattooed, play pool and have some general chaotic fun. Pool table is pretty much required, prices in bars like this have got to be decent to low and i'm not looking for a biker bar (to be clear). Just a place with alot of character, that houses artist / musician types has some writing on the walls and spins tall tales on your average Friday night.
