Could you eat bacon after it thawed in the fridge after two days?

I just ate some turkey bacon. Took it out of the freezer two days ago...so it's been in the fridge for about 2 and a half days. I cooked it well and ate it today...my tummy is hurting. Was it in the fridge too long? worrried :(
