Question for Oblivion character leveling?

I don't give a **** about the +5 in stats I got 120% chameleon armor so it doesn't really matter what level my enemies are, but whats a quick way to level up, I've tried the whole "make acrobatics and athletics your main skill" thing but that only works until around level 12, as said I don't care about training skills I just want to progress through the game and see the endings and ****. Whats the fastest way to get to level 20?
