I want to start a career in kickboxing (muay thai) how do I get into competitions?

Try to go the the biggest city near you and look and see if you can sign up for fights at a event. keep training hard and try to get some sponsors to fund you. but the kickboxing scene isnt that organized and there isnt that much money involved in it unless your in K1 organization which is the highest skill set of kickboxers.. this is why most fighters choose either A. Boxing because there is still a lot of money in the sport or B. MMA because it is a growing sport and it is more known and a bigger pay day then kickboxing.
