I want to join the cheeleading squad my friend is on BUT my other 2 friends have taken the last two places ?

I would contact the place that this squad is at and see if maybe you could be an alternate? That way you would be a member of the team however it will be a lot of work since you would have to know multiple positions in the routine. Its worth a shot and you'll get to be with your friends but you probably won't get to participate in all the competitions since you are an alternate but you'd get to be there with them.
