Will the Bush administration go down in history as the most criminal?

^ Illegal wiretapping of American citizens, the War in Iraq (was against all previous Treaties we and most of the world have signed against attacking non-belligerent nations) the holding of American citizens without their Bill of Rights rights (Jose Padilla, among others) the disclosure of the identity of a covert agent working for the CIA (Valerie Plume) ... those are just the ones everyone already knows about... Nixon was found to have done many more after his Presidency, so I'm sure Bush's will be a treasure trove
