96 breeze wont start in cold only warm?

I have a 1996 plymouth breeze 2.4 liter, it always turns over but in the cold it doesnt start, i tried using a can of heat didnt work, I pulled the gas line and im getting no pressure but the fuel pump is working. So I warmed the garage up and it starts and runs fine all over town but when it gets cold again it doesnt start. I live in Minnesota so it is freezing here. Im wondering if somthing is freezing or what im just clueless. Has anyone had this problem before? Could anyone tell me what my problem is? Thanks Also it always has spark too..
