Are kuwaiti people rich!!?

Cause they have oil. And not everyone there is rich only the Kuwait nationals. I remember during the gulf war seeing BMW's and Mercedes on the side of the road cause they broke down. Why are u goin to there anyway? Go to UAE and hit up the gold souks. I didnt find people there snobby most i met were nice, of course it dont hurt that i was in the military and they were thankful
