Did my friend go crazy from lonliness?

Well, I have a distant friend(*lives very far away*)..And She's 17 and an only child... 90% of the time she is always alone in her house(Summer vacation)..her mom is always at work and whenever she comes home..she watches the news and goes to sleep immediately(her dad doesn't live with her)...my pal's friends cant really hang out with her coz their mom doesn't allow them much to go out...they also seldom call...She tells me that at home...she is always talking to herself as if she was talking to someone...like this "Have you seen Naruto's latest chapter? Wow its super...its lke this..blah blah and then the guy died and then..blah..You know, I think he's blah blah"..See..as if she was talking to someone...and while she does that she walks around her room back and fort.. Do you think she's a little crazy from loneliness?
