Tattoo ideas, hand tattoos, help me out?

Sooo, I had an idea of getting the word Hardwork tattoed on the back of my right hand, and the word Dedication tatted on the back of my left, but I also wanted alot of shading and design, with colors and an image of those words, like in the backrpund of my Dedication ( lefthand ) tat I would want like an fire in the midst of spreading, giving it the image of being Dedicated to what I love no matter the obstacle which in that case would be fire.... And on my other hand I would like for the tattoo, well I would like both of my tattoo to be VERY detailed , like I would want Hardwork ( righthand ) for example I would want an image of someone lifting weights and being serious with an stern face, but that's just an example, I would also like the words to be traced with white coloung.... And I know your probably like why is he tellin me this I'm not his tattoo artist but I'm asking you for ADVICE and a little help with some IDEAS. Sooo can you help meeee :) and excuse me if there is typo's and misspelling, this iPod is kinda irritating at times.
