Where in the US can you get a loro bird?

My cousin in Colombia has a loro bird, and his is very smart so I thought it would be nice to get a loro. I know they are endangered or something, but is there anyway I can get one in the US? Anything that can get me closer to the answer I want, is great! Please respond. Weather it's just a straight up no, or a detailed answer.
