How do I get back on my coach's good side?

I'm on the varsity soccer team at school and have been since the 9th grade so I'm really good and this year I was the captain of the team (I'm a junior) but Thursday my coach got mad at me during a scrimmage game because I didn't do something he told me to do and it made the other team score against us so he pulled me from the game so I had to yell at him about why he did that and he said if I didn't want to listen then I had to sit on the bench so I just said "screw you" and walked off and didn't even finish the game. Friday at practice, he hardly even spoke to me and at the end he said this other girl was the new captain?! I mean he took it away from me without even discussing it with me first! When I talked to him abut it Saturday morning he said he didn't want a captain who was going to be rude and disrespectful and I better not do that again or I'm off the team completely! I went to morning practice today and he still hardly spoke to me. I really need him to like me so he can talk me up to the scouts next year or even this year but how do I do that now?
