Why is this sentence wrong?

We took a ACT prep Quiz and the sentence was, "It is a social -music that performed- at weddings, birthday parties, and feasts." The dashes symbolize the underlined part. My answers were, "no change", "music in which it is performed", "music, performing", and "music, performed." Our teacher told us that "Music, performed" was correct. Can you explain why the other answers are wrong and why this is right? Please and thank you!
