Nancy Drew warnings at waverly aca. STUCK!?

Ok so I've started over the game like 3 times and i CANNOT whatsoever get Nancy to ask Mel for a picture of Megan Vargas...and since I can't do that,when I call Megan Nancy won't ask her for a picture and then I can't get the ignment done for rahcel....HELP!
