Do western women actually love and know what love is?

i think what western women perceive as love is actually "care". A guy can love his car, home or job or hobby or children or wife. A women will kill her children to be with hugh grant or brad pitt. In short: western women don't show the signs of love a man shows. i guess its because a man knows the difference between love and / a woman doesn't. a man will cheat but can still love his wife. if a woman cheats, there is always more at play. don't you think?
