Are the nurses at the hospital allowed to take photos of other nurses during your c-section?

one nurse spilt the prep tray and iodine along with all the sterile tools while i was on the tabel ready to have my baby other workers came to the door and were taking pics of her posing infront of me on the tabel with their camera phones i felt it was wrong
