Juggling two job offers?

As an employer, I appreciate honesty. I think most excuses will make you sound like a flake, so try the truth! You don't have to give them the details on the job you are leaving them for, simply tell them in a professional and respectful manner that you received another job offer that would be good for your career, and you can't p it up. Most people understand that.
